Peel off the protective backsheet and store it for reuse.
Position the cup starting at the bottom of the breast, then lift and press upward.
Secure the top edge firmly and repeat on the other side.
For extra lift, use breast tape underneath before applying the cups.

Support your breast and peel off gently — avoid harsh pulling
Rinse with plain water only (no soap or detergents)
Air dry flat with adhesive side facing up
Reapply protective backsheet once fully dry
