Delivery & Failed Delivery Attempts

1. Delivery Partners

- Orders are dispatched and handled through our verified logistics network.
2. Estimated Delivery Timeline
- The standard estimated delivery timeline is 2–7 working days from the date of dispatch.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, serviceability of your pin code, and courier partner operations.
- Working days exclude weekends and public holidays, unless otherwise specified.
3. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeline, delivery may be impacted due to:
- Remote or non-serviceable locations
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier or logistics disruptions
- Other unforeseen operational dela
We appreciate your patience in such cases.
4. Failed Delivery Attempts
- In the event of a failed delivery attempt (e.g., customer unavailable, unreachable, or incorrect address), our courier partner will make multiple reattempts to deliver the order.
- Customers are advised to ensure availability and accurate contact details to avoid delivery issues.
5. Order Returned to Warehouse
- If all delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to our warehouse (RTO – Return to Origin), the order will be processed accordingly.
- Once the returned package is received and verified at our warehouse, a refund will be initiated.
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method as per our standard refund timelines.
