Process

How It Works

Initiate your request

Raise your return or exchange request within 3 calendar days of delivery. After this window, requests cannot be accepted.

We arrange pickup

Once approved, we schedule a reverse pickup. Pack the item with all original tags, packaging, and your invoice enclosed.

03

Quality inspection

Every return goes through a mandatory quality check within 1–2 business days of us receiving the item.

04

Resolution

Your exchange is dispatched or refund processed within 3–4 business days of approval. Bank processing may add 2–3 additional days.

3-Day Window

Act within 3 calendar days of delivery

The delivery date in our system is final. No exceptions can be made beyond this window.

Eligibility

Conditions for Return & Exchange

Every item must meet all of the following conditions at the time of return:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags, labels, and seals intact
  • Returned in original packaging
  • No signs of wear — stains, perfume, makeup, deodorant, or damage
  • Invoice or order confirmation included
  • Clear photo or video evidence provided for damage, defect, or incorrect item claims

Broadway reserves the right to decline returns that fail the quality inspection. Items that do not pass will be shipped back to you.

Exchanges

Valid Reasons to Exchange

  • Size mismatch — same product only, subject to stock availability
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Damaged item received
  • Incorrect item delivered

If your requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead. Only one exchange is permitted per item.
