Yes! You can now shop directly from our website or app (coming soon!). Browse the latest collections, discovernew brands, and get your favorite products delivered to your doorstep.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link. You can also log in to your Broadway account and check “My Orders” for updates.
Orders are delivered within 2-4 business days max, depending on your location and product availability. We also offer 3 hour deliveries on certain products, depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated via email and SMS every step of the way
Express delivery is available on select products and locations. The option will appear at checkout if your pin code is eligible.
We comply with Brand/seller’s return policy (which can range from no-returns to 10 day returns - be sure to check on the product detail page!) provided items are unused and in original packaging with tags intact. Some categories (like beauty, innerwear, and accessories) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Go to “My Orders,” select the item you want to return, and follow the steps to schedule a reverse pickup. Once we receive and verify the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.
We accept all major prepaid payment modes: credit and debit cards, UPI, and net banking,. Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not accepted.
We’re sorry about that! Please contact our customer support within 72 hours of delivery (with an image of the product as received) and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund post evaluation.
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation isn’t possible — but you can always initiate a return once the order is delivered. We don’t allow modification post order placement yet.

In most cases, yes. However, certain online/offline-exclusive promotions or store events may result in price differences.
