All ticket prices are inclusive of GST.
All tickets are strictly non-refundable, including in the event of rescheduling.
If Broadway cancels an event, a full refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID to the event.
No dangerous or hazardous objects are permitted on the premises – including but not limited to weapons, knives, firearms, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, glass bottles, and musical instruments.
Persons appearing to be in an inebriated state may be denied entry at management's discretion.
The organisers, performers, and sponsors are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring during the event. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai.
By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed for Broadway Live's promotional use.

Your booking confirmation and a valid government-issued photo ID. For age-restricted events, ID verification is mandatory at entry.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Late entry may not be permitted for certain experiences, so punctuality is appreciated.
