These Terms govern the Broadway Mystery Box Event conducted by DAYZ2COME CONSUMER PRIVATE LIMITED, a subsidiary of THINK9 DIGITAL CONSUMER BRANDS PRIVATE LIMITED (hereinafter referred to as "BROADWAY", "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), through the BROADWAY mobile application ("Application").

1. Eligibility:  Participation is voluntary and open only to persons legally eligible to transact who comply with these Terms.
2. One Box Per Customer: Only one (1) Mystery Box per customer. Broadway may reject registrations, cancel orders, refuse fulfillment, or disqualify anyone found or reasonably suspected of using multiple accounts, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment instruments, delivery addresses, devices, IP addresses, or any other means to circumvent this limit.
3. No Guarantee of Allocation: Registration grants priority access only, not a right or guarantee to purchase or receive a box. Allocation remains subject to inventory availability and successful completion of the purchase.
4. Nature of the Mystery Box:  Contents are randomly selected. No representation or warranty is made as to any specific product, brand, colour, size, quantity, or minimum retail value unless expressly stated by Broadway.
5. No Cancellation, Return or Exchange:  Except as required by law, all purchases are final and not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange solely on account of the random assortment. Statutory rights for defective, damaged, counterfeit, or incorrectly supplied products remain unaffected.
6. Fraud and Abuse:  Broadway may, at its sole discretion, reject registrations, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or disqualify participants engaging in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, automated, or interfering conduct.
7. Modification or Termination: Broadway may amend, suspend, modify, extend, withdraw, or terminate the Event or these Terms at any time where reasonably necessary for operational, technical, legal, regulatory, security, or business reasons.
8. Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broadway is not liable for any interruption, delay, technical malfunction, payment failure, application downtime, inventory exhaustion, or event beyond its reasonable control. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy: Personal information collected for the Event is processed in accordance with Broadway's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by the laws of India; subject to applicable law, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Final Decision:  Interpretation of these Terms and administration of the Event vest solely with Broadway, whose decision is final and binding, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
